The rehabilitation hospital could only keep Sean, their star patient, for eight days.

On June 12, he was released, and one of the first places he stopped was the Burleson Police Department. Sean's police family welcomed him with a cake, a party and plenty of hugs.

Since then, he has been seeing more doctors than he cares to see. But, today (July 1) Sean was back at work handling the administrative part of supervising the traffic unit and working with the City's red light camera program. Sgt. Sean Bolton will be back on the streets, on his motorcycle, in the fall.

If you had any doubts about his will to survive, all you have to do is look at him. He's back, in every way, thanks to his stubborn, hard-headed, can't-keep-him-down attitude!

Thanks to everyone for the endless prayers, the cards, and the incredible support. In his own words, this has “damn sure been a life-changing experience.”

The benefit concert was AWESOME!!!

Good music, good food, and GREAT friends all came together in honor of Sean.

As a result.... over $12,000 was raised to help bring Sean home. Special thanks to the "behind the scenes" people for your hard work in pulling this ALL together!

We truly appreciate the wonderful music and the bands that performed.... SouthBound, The Robert Donahue Band ,the Bottom Line , Casey Brooke Hardin Band , Don McRay, Tommy Alverson, 281 South, and Powder Kegz .

THANK YOU ALL......GOD BLESS.

Good Morning!!

Just wanted to express gratefullness for you keeping everyone updated. Seeing everyone show up for the blood drive yesterday was an amazing sight. I especially liked seeing all of the Iron Pigs and other bikers show their support. I am continuing to pray for Sean and the riders that were with him on the night of his accident. Hope everyone is doing well!!! Tiffany (work wife #2)

The May 3 blood drive for Sean Bolton went really well! According to the drive coordinator log, there were 100 donations. Carter BloodCare was only projecting 68! First Baptist Church was the most popular site (maybe because it is behind the police station!) with 67 donors. St. Ann Catholic Church had 33 donors.

Donors included members of the Burleson Police Department and Burleson Police Officers Association, the Iron Pigs, the Cowtown Motorcycle Meetup Group, Burleson Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association, Burleson Citizens On Patrol, Burleson firefighters and their families, City of Burleson employees, friends, family, and even members of the community who Sean has touched. Some who could not donate transferred previous blood donation credits to Sean.

We're making a difference! Keep up the great work! The concert is in two weeks. Save the date! Sunday, May 18, noon-9 p.m., stadium at Kerr Middle School on Johnson Avenue in Burleson.

It was so good to see you improve so much during the short time we were there. I know God has heard our prayers and it won't be long until you are home with us. Keep up the fight and the determination that is you. We love you and we are so grateful you are getting better.

Sean and Bolton Family,
We serve an AWESOME God and he is showing us all that he is STILL in the "miracle working" business through Sean...it also shows us what we already know about Sean and that he is a fighter, he is stubborn and when he puts his mind to something, he usually gets it! Sean hurry and come home, there is sooooo many of us that want to see you but can't, however,we are supporting you and your family through prayers, blood donations, wearing our bracelets, and posting on this blog!! With Love and prayers, Regina Schulter
