The rehabilitation hospital could only keep Sean, their star patient, for eight days.

On June 12, he was released, and one of the first places he stopped was the Burleson Police Department. Sean's police family welcomed him with a cake, a party and plenty of hugs.

Since then, he has been seeing more doctors than he cares to see. But, today (July 1) Sean was back at work handling the administrative part of supervising the traffic unit and working with the City's red light camera program. Sgt. Sean Bolton will be back on the streets, on his motorcycle, in the fall.

If you had any doubts about his will to survive, all you have to do is look at him. He's back, in every way, thanks to his stubborn, hard-headed, can't-keep-him-down attitude!

Thanks to everyone for the endless prayers, the cards, and the incredible support. In his own words, this has “damn sure been a life-changing experience.”

The benefit concert was AWESOME!!!

Good music, good food, and GREAT friends all came together in honor of Sean.

As a result.... over $12,000 was raised to help bring Sean home. Special thanks to the "behind the scenes" people for your hard work in pulling this ALL together!

We truly appreciate the wonderful music and the bands that performed.... SouthBound, The Robert Donahue Band ,the Bottom Line , Casey Brooke Hardin Band , Don McRay, Tommy Alverson, 281 South, and Powder Kegz .

THANK YOU ALL......GOD BLESS.

Sean,
Well Sweetheart I guess you know what that means.
NEXT STOP ...TEXAS...you are on your way!

This is great news and if you will just please get your needed rest, we will be welcoming you home soon.

I am so glad all went well and I know as you heal over the next few days you will get stronger.

Just know that you continue to be in my thoughts and prayers every day. I continue to pray for your family as they have been so great about letting us know what is going on with you.

Sean I hope as you get stronger you remember that for what ever reason you are a "chosen" one that God had to save. The miracle that happened to keep you alive has already and will touch many lives. I pray that you will do right by that.

For now baby just rest and get stronger so we can hear that you are coming home. Don't be surprised if you see yellow ribbons.

Rest well, we love you....

Thanks for the continuous updates on Sean. You help to bridge that gap between Texas and you guys in Florida.
Sean Juan, God is not finished with you yet. He has something big planned for you and your testimony about what you have been through. We will continue to pray for you to heal and come home soon. We miss you here at the PD, it is just not the same. Rather quiet actually!!! I am doing my best to keep your guys in line, but it is a tough job! Really they miss you too and we are all ready for you to get back.
Take care and know that we are here for all of you,
Kathy Allen
