The rehabilitation hospital could only keep Sean, their star patient, for eight days.

On June 12, he was released, and one of the first places he stopped was the Burleson Police Department. Sean's police family welcomed him with a cake, a party and plenty of hugs.

Since then, he has been seeing more doctors than he cares to see. But, today (July 1) Sean was back at work handling the administrative part of supervising the traffic unit and working with the City's red light camera program. Sgt. Sean Bolton will be back on the streets, on his motorcycle, in the fall.

If you had any doubts about his will to survive, all you have to do is look at him. He's back, in every way, thanks to his stubborn, hard-headed, can't-keep-him-down attitude!

Thanks to everyone for the endless prayers, the cards, and the incredible support. In his own words, this has “damn sure been a life-changing experience.”

The benefit concert was AWESOME!!!

Good music, good food, and GREAT friends all came together in honor of Sean.

As a result.... over $12,000 was raised to help bring Sean home. Special thanks to the "behind the scenes" people for your hard work in pulling this ALL together!

We truly appreciate the wonderful music and the bands that performed.... SouthBound, The Robert Donahue Band ,the Bottom Line , Casey Brooke Hardin Band , Don McRay, Tommy Alverson, 281 South, and Powder Kegz .

THANK YOU ALL......GOD BLESS.

Sunday, May 11, 2008

It's Sunday and as you're going to church or work or just hanging out at home or with family, please remember Sean in your prayers. He's resting now and sleeping better. That's what he needs to heal. We hope he'll be back in Texas very soon!

Sean and family are in my thoughts and prayers every day....and so many businesses in Burleson show their support on their signs out front, I wanted to show my support so I decorated my car (shoepolish) with "Praying for Sean 337" and I have seen a couple of other cars decorated today, this is a great way to show our support as we drive these streets that Sean is so familiar with.

Love,
Tracy Olanrewaju and family

The doctor is amazed at Sean's progress and if any of you saw his doctor, you would understand that when he's smiling and pleased with his progress, that's a good thing. They'll be running more tests today to check his progress, so pray that everything will be good. Have a good day and keep praying!
