The rehabilitation hospital could only keep Sean, their star patient, for eight days.

On June 12, he was released, and one of the first places he stopped was the Burleson Police Department. Sean's police family welcomed him with a cake, a party and plenty of hugs.

Since then, he has been seeing more doctors than he cares to see. But, today (July 1) Sean was back at work handling the administrative part of supervising the traffic unit and working with the City's red light camera program. Sgt. Sean Bolton will be back on the streets, on his motorcycle, in the fall.

If you had any doubts about his will to survive, all you have to do is look at him. He's back, in every way, thanks to his stubborn, hard-headed, can't-keep-him-down attitude!

Thanks to everyone for the endless prayers, the cards, and the incredible support. In his own words, this has “damn sure been a life-changing experience.”

The benefit concert was AWESOME!!!

Good music, good food, and GREAT friends all came together in honor of Sean.

As a result.... over $12,000 was raised to help bring Sean home. Special thanks to the "behind the scenes" people for your hard work in pulling this ALL together!

We truly appreciate the wonderful music and the bands that performed.... SouthBound, The Robert Donahue Band ,the Bottom Line , Casey Brooke Hardin Band , Don McRay, Tommy Alverson, 281 South, and Powder Kegz .

THANK YOU ALL......GOD BLESS.

NEED A LITTLE LAUGH??......

OK I HAVE A FUNNY STORY....AS A LOT OF YOU KNOW. I KEEP MY CAR DECORATED WITH PRAYING FOR SEAN 337 ALL THE TIME. SO, WHEN I WASH IT I REPLACE THE SHOE POLISH.....OK, SO THE OTHER DAY IT WAS HOT OUT AND I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE AND WANTED TO PUT MY STUFF ON MY WINDOW. SO, I STARTED THE CAR SO THE A/C COULD GET COLD-WHICH I HAD NO IDEA AT THE TIME WAS A REALLY 'BAD IDEA' B/C MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS AUTOMATICALLY COME ONE AND AS WELL AS 'SQUIRT' CLEANER AS SOON AS THEY
DETECT SOMETHING ON THE WINDSHILD I GUESS?!?!?!?!?! IM STILL NOT SURE EXACTLY WHAT OR WHY THIS HAPPEN BUT I GOT SOAKED AND IN A BATTLE WITH THE WIPERS AT THE SAME TIME... NOT TO MENTION THAT I HAD TO WASH OFF MY WRITING, TRUN OFF MY CAR, AND RE-DO IT. OK. SO MAYBE I AM NOT THE SHARPEST TOOL IN THE SHED TO HAVE FOUND THIS OUT THE HARD WAY BUT STILL.....IT WAS FUNNY-----AFTER THE FACT :) HA HA HA
