The rehabilitation hospital could only keep Sean, their star patient, for eight days.

On June 12, he was released, and one of the first places he stopped was the Burleson Police Department. Sean's police family welcomed him with a cake, a party and plenty of hugs.

Since then, he has been seeing more doctors than he cares to see. But, today (July 1) Sean was back at work handling the administrative part of supervising the traffic unit and working with the City's red light camera program. Sgt. Sean Bolton will be back on the streets, on his motorcycle, in the fall.

If you had any doubts about his will to survive, all you have to do is look at him. He's back, in every way, thanks to his stubborn, hard-headed, can't-keep-him-down attitude!

Thanks to everyone for the endless prayers, the cards, and the incredible support. In his own words, this has “damn sure been a life-changing experience.”

The benefit concert was AWESOME!!!

Good music, good food, and GREAT friends all came together in honor of Sean.

As a result.... over $12,000 was raised to help bring Sean home. Special thanks to the "behind the scenes" people for your hard work in pulling this ALL together!

We truly appreciate the wonderful music and the bands that performed.... SouthBound, The Robert Donahue Band ,the Bottom Line , Casey Brooke Hardin Band , Don McRay, Tommy Alverson, 281 South, and Powder Kegz .

THANK YOU ALL......GOD BLESS.

We're so excited about Sean's progress this morning. A friend gave him a baseball cap this weekend and he had his cap on this morning like he was ready to go! He recognized his dad from about 30feet away. He's doing really well. Thanks for all your support and prayers. Thanks, also, for the blood drive, which was better than predicted. Sean has some great friends!

My husband and I are so pleased in Seans progress. It goes to show that prayer does work. The blood drive went very well. We were at the blood drive to donate at First Baptist Church and saw Seans motorcycle buddies when they drove up to show their support. We will keep Sean and his family in our thoughts and prayers each and every day and will pass it along to others. I was impressed to see the channel 8 camera man there and saw it on tv that night. We need to put the word out there for the Bolton family in any way we can, via the tv or radio. Sean has alot of friends out there that are pulling for him. Can not wait for the concert. God Bless him.

all our prayers
