The rehabilitation hospital could only keep Sean, their star patient, for eight days.

On June 12, he was released, and one of the first places he stopped was the Burleson Police Department. Sean's police family welcomed him with a cake, a party and plenty of hugs.

Since then, he has been seeing more doctors than he cares to see. But, today (July 1) Sean was back at work handling the administrative part of supervising the traffic unit and working with the City's red light camera program. Sgt. Sean Bolton will be back on the streets, on his motorcycle, in the fall.

If you had any doubts about his will to survive, all you have to do is look at him. He's back, in every way, thanks to his stubborn, hard-headed, can't-keep-him-down attitude!

Thanks to everyone for the endless prayers, the cards, and the incredible support. In his own words, this has “damn sure been a life-changing experience.”

The benefit concert was AWESOME!!!

Good music, good food, and GREAT friends all came together in honor of Sean.

As a result.... over $12,000 was raised to help bring Sean home. Special thanks to the "behind the scenes" people for your hard work in pulling this ALL together!

We truly appreciate the wonderful music and the bands that performed.... SouthBound, The Robert Donahue Band ,the Bottom Line , Casey Brooke Hardin Band , Don McRay, Tommy Alverson, 281 South, and Powder Kegz .

THANK YOU ALL......GOD BLESS.

Good morning! Yesterday marked the 1 week anniversity of Sean's accident. We can hardly believe all the progress he's made in that 7 days, nor all the friends we've met and the prayers that have gone up for him from all over the United States. Hopefully, we are close to bringing him back to Texas. Prayer needs at this present time are: he'll progress enough in the next few days to be transported, that paperwork, etc. will be done quickly and smoothly, that we'll find the best doctor and hospital to meet SEAN'S needs and that the road ahead will be smooth. Thanks for your continued prayers.

Lord, thank you for the open air,
The feel of wind blowing through my hair; just me alone upon my bike, The thrill of freedom's what I like.

To wind through country unexplored, Not knowing what I'll see next,LORD;
That's what I seek when I ride, I'm thankful that you're by my side.

If I should ride til mornings light, Please keep me safe throughout the night; And when I've come to journey's end' It's you I thank- Protector, friend. Keep the Faith We are thinking of you. Rodney & Janet

This news is awesome! Nancy and I are praying that God will allow this test you are going through to become a testimony. We have continually lifted you and your family in prayer since we heard the news of your accident, and will continue to pray for God to put His healing arms around you.

We will continue to pray that this is merely an inconvenience for you… that God will continue to perform the same miraculous recovery for you… that He did for me. We are praying that God will allow you to continue to serve a purpose for the Kingdom here on earth.

The same God that heard the prayers for my life is still alive today and listening. His Word tells us that He goes before us and He will never leave us nor forsake us. He is with you every day.

There are many of us who are praying fervently for your recovery. Fight the good fight, never give up, and we’ll see you back at work. I expect you to be team teaching an SFST course with Wes and Gary soon.
